History
The Board of Directors and Staff developed the organization’s code of ethics to guide and manage all institutional operations. Our annual internal/external audit processes contributes to securing the Public Trust by ensuring greater transparency and accountability. Furthermore, all members of the Board of Directors and Staff are required to sign and disclose any Conflict of Interests. Our management principles also allow us to maintain very low administrative and overhead costs, resulting in a majority of funds being used in direct programmatic investments.
